yeshhhhh i'm finally here again.

felt so long since i've last posted here, although well, it hasnt really been.
perhaps cos my new job has kept me so busy that i dun even have time to come online and snoop around.
lol
finally getting into the momentum of the job.
was so lost and tired for the 1st 2 days cos there's so much info to remember and i just felt so helpless being unable to give out the correct info to demanding customers on the spot.
oh man, some singaporeans are simply unreasonable, lazy and brainless.

basically there're 2 different kinds of job scopes. 1 is where i am at the redemption booth and customers walk in to ask information abt downtown east and redeem things. The other 1 is where we promote a new Downtown East card at a booth.
i'm mostly situated at the redemption booth, nearer to the managers and stuck with this i-think-i'm-so-great part timer.
i wish that i'm at the card booth more cos there're ppl like michelle, jessie, diana, jianwen there.
haha
but anyway, being a customer relations officer isnt easy at all.
i dun foresee myself being in the customer service line as my career in future.
haha
btw, the past wk has been tough cos other than having to cope with the pressure that comes with a new job, i've been down with fever, flu and cough.

missed the outing with est and co. at clarke quay
missed a number of tv shows
talk abt having no life.
i miss jogging.
i miss shopping.
i miss sleeping in on wkends!
my goodness, this morning i woke up and amazed myself by the fact that today is the 1st ever sunday in my whole life that i'm going to work.
haha
plus the weather was so cooling that i just wanted to lie in my bed cosily.

i shld stop complaining

getting the hang of the job makes me feel better abt going to work actually
and bitching abt customers with my colleagues is quite funny
and at least i do have ppl whom i can click with at work! =)
oh btw, i've collected my specs and yupz, i'm liking them!
just that they're heavier than my previous ones so i can feel the weight straining on my ears.
oh and i was given a $5 parkway voucher so aiyo, next time have to take an hr bus ride to go back there to buy things.
