Auditors do not like to sleep early

Last Fri, my fellow peers asked for a supper gathering at Chomp Chomp. The supper became my dinner instead.

So while all of them had gone home to change and rested for awhile, I was totally exhausted by the time I met them, so I decided to go home and not join them for any after-supper plans.

But because they didnt know wad plans to have, and just keep procrastinating on where to go or wad to do, and because there were 2 cars, they decided to send me home first. So i had 2 cars to escort me home (supposedly to make me feel as if I am Miss President) and then the rest of them got out of both cars and started playing at the playground below my block while trying to decide where they should go.

It was alr 2am.

I feel bad having 2 cars to escort me home, so in the end, I went home to change out of my work clothes, brought some drinks down for them, and then we went to Pasir Ris Park to chill out.

Just like those secondary school kids who like to chill out by those bbq pits and the beach.

It was 4am before we decided to finally head home.

Amazingly, we alr work till so late everyday and sleep is sth that we always lack while eyebags is sth that we always have, but on our friday or saturday nights out tgr, we always end up never ever going home before 12am. Just cos we want some LIFE, admist our highly pressurizing work.

It's precisely because of this whole bunch of ppl, that I count myself very blessed and keeps me going in the firm. I hope this support will continue for a long long time. =)

Tmr marks the last week of Feb. We've almost survived 2 mths of peak, which means 2 more mths to go. Yay can't wait for the end of peak!!

大难不死,必有后福

Happy are the days when you can knock off when the sky is still bright.
Happy are the days when surprisingly, squeezing with the peak hour crowd seems to turn into a luxury.
Happy are the days when there are dear fellow peers to keep you company in the office and be your lunch khakis.
Happy are the days when the work isn't too stressful and the senior-in-charge is someone you can always turn to for help, joke tgr and share many thoughts and in short, not just a senior but a fren as well.
Happy are the days when even working past 530pm sometimes is okay cos you do not mind working for your senior and you have a whole bunch of lovely peers to dinner with at Lau Par Sat.

Loving my these 2 weeks in the office. =)

Tmr's the last day of bliss!
