Work is alot alot ALOT.
Company law assignment is driving me crazy. Over a span of 4 hrs last night, i finally started from scratch and churned out 1900 words for the report. But when i wanted to start editing this morning, i realised i'm totally lost in what i had typed. I've pored through the whole case so many times till all the ideas are mixed up in my mind. Law of diminishing returns. RAH.
Anyway, i pushed forward my annual checkup with my eye specialist to yesterday, cos my eyes have been itchy for the past 2 wks. (Some background info: I've been diagnosed with dry eyes 2 yrs ago, so i do have my own eye specialist, and thats why i dun wear contacts daily.) Well anyway, i was told that the cause of the recent discomfort was to due oily eyelids. Oily eyelids! I've hardly heard of that u know. But anyway, i'm fine, its just that i've to use lid wipes religiously for a while now.
Going to hospital made me see alot of interns around. Smart well-dressed young adults my age, looking ever so professional in their white robes. How admirable actually. Maybe robes make a difference, like doctors have white robes, while lawyers have their black robes. Accountants will probably only be decked in blazers and have the power suit look. And then, we hear of parents telling their kids to grow up and be doctors and lawyers, but never accountants.
Okay, that was rather random. Haha.
Alrights, i'm gonna do some reading now before i zoom off to proj meeting! And then, i'm having mid-autumn celebration in hall with steamboat dinner tonight! How time flies. It feels as if it was only weeks ago that i was helping out for this event this time last yr. Simply boils down to a case of too many things, but yet too little time.
