Food for Thought

Sometimes, some things didnt seem so important back then.
But some time later, when you thought tt things can still remain as status quo, suddenly they're just gone forever.
Like "spoof!".
Or "boomz!".

And then you start to wonder if it was ur fault tt u didnt hold on to those things as much as you could have back then.

Preparation. Not.

It took only a call and an email and I'm slated to start my job one week earlier than the assigned date. Which is THIS mon!

Suddenly feeling alot more unsettled than I already was. The thing abt entering a Big4 is tt it's like post-grad sch, where you see the same ppl (frm where I came from) all over again. So it's like Year 4 now, but it also makes you hope to have some frens among all those faces and makes u wary of who is gg to be your batch mate too. And I have yet to know of someone who's gg to enter this mon tgr w me.

Well, its still a start nonetheless, and I have now only TWO days of freedom left.
Oh-am-g.

My own recess break is here!

Today is Children's Day, it's China's National Day, and it's also the official start of my break before real work kicks in!

My temp job stint has finally ended, learnt alot about the industry which is sth tt I've never experienced before, and sth which I doubt I will go into in future as well, but well we also never know what happens in the future. But anyway, the greatest lesson learnt was in soft-skills and dealing with own emotions too. Very glad to have a great boss who can be a motivation to work for and fellow temps that really helped to pass time faster.

And with this job stint, I also now know Centrepoint like the back of my hand, omg.

Alrights anyway, I'm really looking forward to enjoying this break before starting my perm job. =)

And I just got to know tt a fellow ex-intern who has alr entered the company has been assigned to fly to London in 2 wks' time for work! What luck!!!
